Celtic skipper Scott Brown and Charlie Mulgrew are both fit to face Benfica. Brown is nursing an ongoing hip problem but declared himself okay after Saturday's 2-1 defeat at St Johnstone in the Scottish Premier League while defender Mulgrew has shrugged off an Achilles injury.
New signings Lassad Nouioui, Miku and Efe Ambrose are included in the squad, while Georgios Samaras (elbow) Paddy McCourt (knock) and Filip Twardzik (groin) are out.

Ich bin schon wieder mega nervös, das kann ein ganz entscheidendes Spiel werden heute! Wichtig ist erstmal, die Anfangsphase gegentorlos zu überstehen, da haben wir uns letzte Saison in Europa ja gleich ein paar Mal überraschen lassen.

Die Mannschaft muss richtig brennen heute, das Publikum sowieso!

Komisch, gerade mal wieder was hinten die IV angeht. Was solls, heute wird jeder alles geben, davon bin ich ĂĽberzeugt.

IV versteh ich nicht und Hooper auf der Bank versteh ich auch nicht! Trotzdem: COME ON THE HOOPS!

Äußerst magere Vorstellung beider Teams. Wanyama und Izzy jeweils zurecht mit gelb. Unsere IV steht ziemlich gut, unsere rechte Seite allerdings sehr dürftig vorallem im Spiel nach vorn. Links Mulgrew und Izzy wenigstens bemüht. Miku reibt sich vorne auf und macht wenig Bälle fest. Brown und Wanyama gefallen mir gut, von Commons muss allerdings mehr kommen.

Bin gespannt auf Hälfte 2, die sind auf jeden Fall zu knacken und drei Punkte zum Start wären schon enorm wichtig in dieser Gruppe!
