Ging ja alles sehr schnell jetzt und mich ĂŒberrascht, dass er schon soweit an der ersten Elf ist und mich ĂŒberrascht noch mehr, dass er jetzt schon Nationalspieler ist.

Das ist ja jetzt der Koreaner aus der ersten koreanischen Liga, oder? Der dort auch Jungspieler des Jahres 2022 war. (Quelle: celticfc.net)

Aber was ist mit dem zweiten koreanischen Neuzugang aus der zweiten Koreanischen Liga?
Der steht mMn zusammen mit Kobayashi auf komplett verlorenem Posten.

Mich wĂŒrden die HintergrĂŒnde der Deals interessieren.
Manchmal kommt es mir so vor, als ob der Club Beratern bei weiteren Spieler entgegenkommt, wenn diese uns Stars vermitteln.
Laut transfermarkt.de kommen Kobayashi und Kyogo zwar beide aus Vissel Kobe, haben jedoch unterschiedliche Berater.
Da kann das nicht zutreffen.

Kwon und Oh haben jedoch den gleichen Berater.

Hast Du da HintergrĂŒnde Gollum?
Wie lÀuft das ab?
Wer kommt auf die Idee, dass z. B. Kwon und Kobayashi VerstÀrkungen sein können wenn offensichtlich ist, dass sie kaum Chancen auf Spielzeit haben.
Wenn beide auf Positionen spielen sollen, in denen man entweder schon top besetzt ist (DM) oder drei weitere Spieler holt (und davor ja auch beobachtet, IV).

Mir fallen Nuancen auf. Bei der Vorstellung der Spieler sagt Rodgers ĂŒber Yang, dass "WIR" ihn intensiv beobachtet haben.
Bei Kwon sagt er, dass "DER VEREIN" ihn beobachtet hat, siehe celticfc.net

Mir fÀllt es auf, dass wir immer wieder Spieler holen, die zwar fit sind aber von Anfang an wenig Chancen haben.

In der ersten Amtszeit von Rodgers waren das viele Spieler.

Klar ist die Saison lang, aber selbst bei der Verletztenmisere jetzt reicht es nur fĂŒr einen Platz auf der Bank.

Da wĂŒrde ich doch lieber mit Jugendspielern den Kader auffĂŒllen.
Hazard z. B. spielt jetzt Stamm in der englischen Championship. FĂŒr mich stĂ€rker als Bain.
WĂ€re da nicht eine weitere Leihe sinnvoller gewesen? Immerhin Torwart des Jahres in Finnland (Quelle: wikipedia).

Was soll das mit Haksa? Letztes Jahr laut transfermarkt.de 22 EinsÀtze und 7 Scorerpunkte. 24 Jahre alt. Den verleiht man, obwohl ich ihn mittlerweile stÀrker als Forrest einschÀtze.

Klar holen unsere Scouts immer wieder Toptalente an Land, wir sind einer der wenigen Vereine, die sportlich erfolgreich sind und trotzdem Transfergewinnen erwirtschaften.
Aber einiges wirkt auf mich chaotisch weiterhin.

Wo viel Geld fließt, tummeln sich halt leider oft auch zwielichtige Typen, wie ĂŒberall auf der Welt. Geld zieht einfach an. So wohl auch bei Beratern.

Und, nicht jeder kann ein "Kyogo II" werden.
Denke einmal, dass gerade die Spieler aus Asien mit der Umstellung doch mehr Probleme haben als gedacht/gehofft. Ist ja zumeist auch die erste Station außerhalb der Heimat.

Aber du hast schon Recht, ich wĂŒrde auch lieber mehr aus unserem Nachwuchs sehen. Machen einfach mehr Bindung zum Verein und der richtige Weg ist wohl eine Mischung aus beiden (Welten).

Verstehe den Einspruch nicht. Klar, ist das nicht zwingend eine rote Karte. Aber eine klare Fehlentscheidung ist es wohl auch nicht. Eine "kann"-Entscheidung wĂŒrde ich sagen.

Yang verlÀngert bis 2030

Last weekend he was helping Celtic to a historic and thrilling 2025/26 title win over Hearts that has paved the way for Hyunjun Yang and his team-mates to go for the Double this weekend.

Now the South Korean winger has a personal double to celebrate as not only has he signed a new contract with Celtic, he has also been recalled to the South Korean squad for the 2026 World Cup.

The new deal will see Yang remain with the club until 2030, with his wing displays in making and scoring goals this term crucial in Celtic’s fighting run to the title.

Speaking to Celtic TV, Yang said: “I’m so happy to sign the new contract. I love this club and my future is here.

“I’m happy, and though the season was a little bit hard, we are Champions and hopefully next season it will be easier.

“I also want to show better performances in the European games.”

And in a personal message to the Celtic support, the 23-year-old, who was recently voted Young Player of the Year by the fans, said: “I know when I play, the fans always supported me and I’m really happy to be here, so I want to say thank you very much.”

Much of his breakthrough as this season entered the halfway stages of the campaign was down to the nurturing of Martin O’Neill, who displayed complete faith in the winger’s attributes over his two spells of recent Celtic management.

And although thrilled at Yang extending his stay with the club, the Irishman knows their paths nearly didn’t cross at all because of possible summer transfer action.

He said: “I’m absolutely delighted, because on transfer deadline day he was down at Birmingham City, so I’m pleased that didn’t go through.

“Obviously, I didn’t know him at that time, but there was something about him in training that you felt he’s got a bit of something – he can go past players, he can deal with the ball, all those particular things.

‘He maybe just needed a bit of confidence-boosting as much as anything else, but he’s done wonderfully well.’

“It’s how you deal with the situations. I think that confidence is a major thing and if you’re going into games with a lack of confidence as a wide player, and I know this myself, the last thing you want to do is lose the ball a couple of times.

“Because you just go into your shell and you don’t want to take people on in case you lose it again. What you’ll do is just do the safe thing and pass the ball back.

“So, a lot of that there definitely needs encouragement, but then when you know that you have it and you feel that people are on your side, that’s the lovely thing about it, and he’s done wonderfully well.”

The manager added: “The reason that he has done well is that he’s got big, big goals for us at big moments, and he’s brave as well.

“He takes the ball under pressure. The parts of his game that we talk about when we go through his clips each week, sometimes we ask, can you do this, can you do this.

“He’s super and he’s worked his way back into the South Korean squad.”

And on what Yang can bring to the Celtic team going forward, the manager said: “The very obvious thing is improvement.

“He tries to improve his game, he tries to visualise situations when he’s got the ball wide, when players are coming in to crowd him out, what does he do there?

“The last thing you want to do is come inside and flick a silly little ball to somebody that doesn’t exist.

“So those are the types of things that I think he definitely can improve in, but in terms of confidence, he’s got it this season.

“People believe in him and that’s very important, but the overall improvement in his game, I think he can take it a stage further, and obviously that’s what I’m hoping.”
